Group Classes

We're not here to follow trends. We do what works and from experience, we’ve learned that the energy of a group fitness class can help push you past how far you THINK you can go!

1:1 Coaching

We are also available to give you a personal one-on-one experience with our expert coaches. Together we will devise a plan that will get you to your fitness and wellness goals. Each plan is tailored and customized to the individual and his or her needs and goals.

REAL RESULTS IN RAMONA

Meet Rose. She is in her early 50’s, lost 20+ pounds using our nutrition counseling and workout programs. She felt like perimenopause was dictating her energy levels and weight gain until she decided to take control! Rose continues to work hard to achieve her goals!

Meet Joana. She is in her mid-40s and what she used to do for fitness wasn’t working anymore. She joined Strength Fitness and within weeks started to see the results by committing herself to 4x a week workouts and applying the nutrition advice that was given.
